The steel pipe cleaning chamber is designed to clean the outer surface of the Ø57-820 pipe from rust for further processing technology. The cleaned pipe surface when filled with polyurethane foam provides better adhesion. 

The steel pipe and polyethylene shell tipper crossbars are designed for removing or moving and further feeding steel pipe, polyethylene shell or finished pipe assembly to the next node of the processing line.

Filling and lifting tables are divided into both manual and hydraulically driven. Their feature is the ability to fix the angle of inclination in different planes for uniform and fast spreading of the PU composition. 

The thermal stabilization chamber is designed to heat the pipe assembly to the required temperature from the inside along the entire length in a short period of time before pouring it with PU components.
